Winter Storm Brooks has moved out, leaving behind icy coating

Winter Weather Advisory continues

(WLUK) -- The second named storm of the season has left Northeast Wisconsin. It left slippery conditions across the area.

Be sure to check our Closings page for any closings and event cancellations.

Ice accumulation is going to weigh down things like tree branches and power lines. Combined with extra weight and wind, it could cause tree branches to break and power lines to come down.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in place for our area until 3 p.m. Tuesday.

FOX 11 Meteorologists are tracking this storm and will have the latest information here so check back often.

You can also download the FOX 11 Weather App to keep track of the storm.
