GIBRALTAR (WLUK) -- Strong storms Tuesday morning brought winds, rain and hail to Northeast Wisconsin.

In areas of Waupaca, Outagamie and southern Brown counties, golf ball- to softball-sized hail came down.

The National Weather Service received reports of teacup- and softball-sized hail in Outagamie County, north of Appleton. One baseball-sized hailstone reportedly broke a window on a house northeast of Mackville.

And in Door County, strong wind and rain knocked trees down into the roadway and even powerlines.

Gibraltar Fire says Highway 42 is shut down to traffic between County Highway A and Gibraltar Rd. due to a live wire that is arcing on the roadway. WPS is on scene.

As of 10:30 p.m. Wisconsin Public Service reported 21 customers in Door County were without power.
