(WLUK) -- Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers says he's medically cleared to play.

He made the announcement on his Instagram page Tuesday night:

Rodgers has been on the injured reserve since breaking his collarbone against the Vikings in Week 6.

Monday during a news conference, Packers coach, Mike McCarthy said Rodgers had several tests done on his collarbone but didn't have the results.

It is unknown whether Rodgers will return to play this season.
