(WLUK) - Despite some speculation the Green Bay Packers could play in London next season, the team is not on the schedule of games released by the league Thursday.

The NFL says three games are set for London:

- Seattle vs. Oakland, at Tottenham Hotspur, on Oct. 14
- Philadelphia vs. Jacksonville, at Wembley Stadium, Oct. 21 or 28
- Tennessee vs. Los Angeles Chargers, at Wembley Stadium, Oct. 21 or 28

Game times for each contest will be announced at a later date. The NFL releases the full 2018 schedule around mid-April.

Because the Packers play at Los Angeles - and the Rams can be forced to move a game overseas because they are in a temporary stadium - some had speculated that might be a game moved to London.

With appearances this year by Seattle, Tennessee and Philadelphia, the Packers and Carolina will be the only teams that have not participated in the International Series. Houston played a game in Mexico City, however, not London.

Packers President Mark Murphy has said the team would not give up a home game to participate in the series.

The Packers played exhibition games in Toronto in 1997 and Tokyo in 1998.
