ASHWAUBENON (WLUK) -- Celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of the most iconic games in NFL history with some of the men who played in it.

Tickets are on sale for the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame's 50th anniversary celebration of the Ice Bowl. On Dec. 31, 1967, the Packers beat the Dallas Cowboys for the NFL championship at Lambeau Field in the coldest game in NFL history.

The 50th anniversary event is set for Dec. 28 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Ashwaubenon. Former players Jerry Kramer, Donny Anderson, Boyd Dowler and Chuck Mercein are scheduled to appear. The event will also serve as the premiere of a new NFL Films documentary of the game, "Timeline -- The Ice Bowl."

The documentary is set to air at 8 p.m. CT Dec. 29 on the NFL Network.

Tickets are $75. The Packers Hall of Fame plans to donate a portion of the proceeds to the NFL Player Care Foundation, specifically designated for former Packers in need.
