No. 3 Green Knights sweep weekend

ASHWAUBENON- After a rough few weeks, the No. 3 St. Norbert men's hockey team has found their skates again.

After rolling past St. Scholastica 4-1 Friday night, the Green Knights swept their NCHA weekend with a 5-0 shutout of Northland.

Kurt Black, Tanner Froese, Riley Christensen, Brad Pung and Steven Mather each scored for SNC in the victory.

Between the pipes, T.J. Black made 12 saves in yet another impressive performance.

With the back-to-back wins, the Green Knights improve to 18-4-1 and 13-3 in conference play.

St. Norbert wins at least their 18th game for the 22nd consecutive season, extending its NCAA Division III record.
