MILWAUKEE (WLUK) - After a split in the series, home court being both teams biggest advantage, the seventh seed Milwaukee Bucks know to take the intensity it used at the Bradley Center on Friday and Sunday on the road if they want to advance to the second round of the playoffs for the first time sine 2000-2001.

"Just embrace each other. Try to make our own noise, try to make our own environment, because there's going to be 20,000 people against us, "said Bucks forward Jabari Parker.

"This is the playoffs. You're going to get up big, but these teams are here for a reason, the Celtics are here for a reason. Very well coached, they have some great players on that end so they're going to be able to score and they made their run late but we were able to withhold them," said Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon.

Thon Maker a big reason for wins in game 3 and 4, blocking 10 shots in the two games at Milwaukee.

"We found that energy and that's our identity and we were able to get out in transition and run. As soon as we get a stop we use that to our advantage and I think each stop we did a good job of focusing on one stop at a time, one possession at a time. In transition tonight we didn't convert most of them but we found our role and we just got to continue to get stops and we're good, "said Maker.

The Bucks bench doubled the Celtics bench in both scoring and rebounding. Headed to Boston on Tuesday it's likely this core group coming off the bench will play a huge part in the outcome of that game.

"Each guy, whoever checks in has to find a way to impact the game. Stay in our roles. If they score, so what. If the crowd is into it, so what. We have to continue to stay in our character and we start on the defensive end, I think we've figured that out.On the offensive end we do a good job with the ball and we're going to get open looks and guys have been doing a good job lately of making shot so we're going to need everybody," said Maker.

The Bucks have guaranteed at least one more game here at the BMO Harris Bradley Center, but they still need to find a way to beat the Celtics away from the home crowd.
