Finalists for 2018 World Championship of Cheese contest announced
MADISON (WLUK) -- The top 20 finalists for the 2018 World Championship of Cheese contest have been announced, including one entry from Northeast Wisconsin.
A mild gouda made by Saxon Cheese, LLC in Cleveland is among the top 20 finalists at the contest in Madison.
Other Wisconsin cheesemakers that made the top 20 are: Maple Leaf Cheesemakers, Inc. in Monroe, Sartori Company in Antigo and LaClare Family Creamery in Malone.
