Fight for legal recreational marijuana in Ohio coming back
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The battle to legalize recreational marijuana in Ohio is coming back.
The man challenging the state's medical marijuana licensing process is leading the charge. Jimmy Gould is set to make his announcement on Monday.
He will introduce a constitutional amendment calling for "free-market adult consumption" of marijuana.
Gould applied to be a grower in Ohio and was turned down. He then exposed that a contractor involved in the licensing process is a convicted drug dealer.
