GREEN BAY (WLUK) – A teen who robbed a pizza delivery driver with a BB gun – netting $20 – was convicted Monday.

Malik Jenkins, 17, will be sentenced April 8 on one count of armed robbery, court records show. He faces up to 40 years in prison.

According to the criminal complaint, Jenkins and the 15-year-old suspect both pointed guns at the driver, demanding the pizza and taking his cash. The incident happened Nov. 9 on S. Oakland Avenue in Green Bay.

Police reviewed the doorbell video from a neighbor, and tracked the suspects to a residence. After getting a warrant, police found the suspects and the pizza. Jenkins admitted he pulled a BB gun on the driver, as did his cousin, according to the complaint.
