Public input needed to improve Brown County fairgrounds
DE PERE (WLUK) -- Brown County officials are looking to improve the fairgrounds property along the Fox River.
On Thursday they showed people around the grounds and told Brown County residents they have a couple of weeks to let them know their suggestions.
The county parks director, Matt Kriese, said it's important to them that residents who pay taxes to help support the fairgrounds have the chance to be heard.
"We encourage all and everyone to partake in the survey, provide your feedback, there is ideas, there is thoughts out there that we can't think of alone, so we need your input and this will be the driving factor towards the future of the fairgrounds," Kriese said.
An online survey is available for community members to voice their wants and needs for the Brown County Fairgrounds.
