FOND DU LAC (WLUK) -- New details were released on an incident at the Pizza Ranch in Fond du Lac last month.

It resulted in three members of the St. Mary's Springs football team being held out of the state championship game.

According to the police report, the manager said three members of the team took pizza from the buffet without paying on Nov. 15.

The manager said the players paid when confronted.

But according to the report, the manager said problems with some team members got worse throughout the season leading up to that, including pizza stuffed behind pictures, ketchup being squirted on walls and foul language.

The manager also reportedly contacted the school mid-way through the season to report the issues and left a message but got no response.

After the incident last month, the school sent a letter to parents which read:

"It is our expectation that our students and school community, whether on our campus grounds or elsewhere, serve as examples of the core values and Christian character that we teach and expect of one another."

FOX 11 contacted the school Tuesday to see if any additional action was taken against the players involved, but officials said they didn't have anything else to add to the story.
