OSHKOSH (WLUK) -- "The Outlet Shoppes at Oshkosh" is in foreclosure after being hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the property manager says it is not closing.

There are issues, though, mainly with rent.

The property manager told FOX 11 many of the stores have had to close, because of the pandemic.

Some of them are late with rent, others haven't paid at all.

That's causing a ripple effect.

Now, the mall's owner is being taken to court for not making a mortgage payment since March,on a loan it took out in 2015.
