GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- The Green Bay Packers teamed up with Microsoft for a computer science fair at Lambeau Field Wednesday.

It was hosted by Microsoft's Technology Education and Literacy in Schools program, or TEAL for short.

The program helps show high school students the importance of computer science and technology in many careers, especially those careers with sports.

Students got to hear from members of the Green Bay Packers organization and how they use technology in their jobs.

"The end goal really is for kids, for the students here, to be able to learn what computer science is about, what a career in computer science looks like, what a major in computer science looks like, and really just explore the fun world of computer science," said TEALS lead, Anupama Shekhar.

At Wednesday's event, there was about 180 students from nine local schools.
