APPLETON (WLUK) -- Federal regulators want to fine an Appleton roofing contractor $120,320 for allegedly exposing employees to potential falls.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration says its inspectors observed the safety violations at two Town City Construction job sites in Wisconsin.

The company's operator, Hector Hernandez, was cited for one repeated and two willful violations for failing to provide fall protection, train workers on fall hazards, properly install an extension ladder for safe egress, and provide required ladder jack scaffold components.

Hernandez has 15 days to pay the fines, request an informal conference with OSHA's area director or contest the findings.

FOX 11 News was unable to find a phone number for Hernandez or Town City Construction.
