FOND DU LAC (WLUK) – David Bresser is charged with reckless homicide for allegedly supplying the drugs which killed a man whose body was found in a Fond du Lac river.
Robert Thorp died April 4. He died of “methamphetamine toxicity.” Besser admitted he sold drugs to Thorp, but said it was for a small amount, according to the criminal complaint.
Bresser is charged with one count of first-degree reckless homicide. Bond was set at $100,000 cash during a court appearance Monday. He returns to court Aug. 27 for a preliminary hearing, court records show.
