Suspect in Green Bay shooting in custody
GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- Green Bay police have taken another person into custody, connected with a shooting on Shawano Avenue earlier this week.
Morris Quinn, 28, of Wrightstown, was arrested in Green Bay Friday. Police say they are referring attempted homicide and armed robbery charges.
On Wednesday, officers were called to a residence at 997 Shawano Avenue around 1:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting.
Three people were taken into custody, with police seeking a fourth suspect.
Investigators say the shooting ensued over the sale of a firearm.
On Thursday, investigators took a man and woman into custody in Gillet. The woman was questioned and released while the man, 28-year-old Mitchel Belongia, of Gillett, was arrested. Police are recommending charges of felon in possession of a firearm and bail jumping.
Officers say they believe all people of interest in this incident have been interviewed and or are in custody.
