OMRO (WLUK) -- It's a craze that's sweeping the nation and now it's made its way to Wisconsin, goat yoga.

On Saturday, the Omro Community Center hosted yoga sessions, featuring the animals.

It was put on as a benefit for the Winnebago County Goat Project.

One yoga instructor shared the effects of the added members.

"It definitely makes it a little more fun, it does definitely take the focus off of the breath and the body a little bit but it does allow you to connect with the breath and the body of the goat," said Andrea Buechel, yoga instructor.

The goats wore diapers to ensure a mess free meditative exercise.
