GRAND CHUTE (WLUK) -- A new partnership started between Fox Valley Technical College and Concordia University.
It is designed to help people get a degree in construction management more efficiently.
On Tuesday, representatives from both schools signed the agreement. It will allow students to take classes part-time at Fox Valley Tech.
Any credits that they earn over a two-year span can be transferred to Concordia University to finish their degrees.
"This agreement is a very unique agreement in the fact that it allows us to take our students, let them get out into the workforce, and then go to school locally in the Fox Valley," said chairman, Rich Cass, of the department of construction management technology.
Concordia has campuses in both Appleton and Green Bay.
