Oshkosh Common Council approves Bucks D-League arena plans
OSHKOSH (WLUK) -- The Oshkosh Common Council on Tuesday approved plans for an arena for a Milwaukee Bucks affiliate in the NBA's Developmental or "D" League.
However, the Bucks still haven't committed to the city. Racine and Sheboygan are also under consideration.
Organizers say they won't build the arena without a solid commitment from the Bucks.
Plans for the $15 million, 3,500-seat arena were approved in a unanimous vote.
It would be located on S. Main Street at the site of the old Buckstaff Furniture Company.
