GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice has turned over its findings in the deadly officer-involved shooting of a man inside the Brown County Jail.
The Brown County District Attorney's office confirms it has received reports and evidence in the shooting of 26-year-old Jonathan Tubby.
On Oct. 19, Green Bay officers arrested two people during a traffic stop. One of those individuals was Tubby.
During a confrontation inside the sally port of the jail, Tubby was shot by a Green Bay officer.
The two police officers involved were put on administrative leave but have since returned to work.
Once the D.A.'s review has been finalized, a time will be set to release the findings.
