(WLUK) -- In honor of National Trails Day, the Brown County Parks Department is waiving daily fees next weekend.

County trails will be wide open and free Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4.

The normal daily fee for Brown County trail usage applies to bikes, in-line skates, skateboards and horseback riders 16 and over. Walkers never have to pay a fee to use the trails.

It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors on your favorite trail or try a new one:

  • Fox River Trail
  • Mountain Bay Trail
  • Reforestation Camp
  • Neshota Park
