Alleged window peeper pleads not guilty
APPLETON (WLUK) – A man charged with allegedly peeping in a bathroom window pleaded not guilty Tuesday.
Joseph Williams faces one count of invading privacy for the Jan. 7 incident. No trial date was set, according to court records. He returns to court April 3 for a pre-trial conference.
Also at Tuesday’s hearing, Williams’ cash bond was reduced from $10,000 to $2,000, but a GPS tracking device would be required if he posts bond. Williams was also order not to enter any yard or residential area without permission, court records show.
Williams was caught watching a teenage girl shower after her father shared home surveillance video with police. He was identified by the video and following boot prints in the snow.
