NEENAH (WLUK) -- The city of Neenah says it will consolidate its polling locations down to one during the August primary.
The former Shopko building at 699 S. Green Bay Road will be where residents can go to physically vote Tuesday.
“The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our election decisions and in the best interest of our voters and poll workers, we have decided to continue with the consolidation of polling locations,” said Mayor Dean Kaufert. “The election taskforce, Clerk Cheslock and I unanimously agreed the size of the old Shopko building allows us the necessary space to social distance and implement other pandemic cautionary measures.”
The location will also be the consolidated polling location for the General and Presidential Election on Nov. 3.
