An April 30 trial date was set, with a possible plea hearing on March 22, according to court records.

According to court documents, police were called to 532 8th Street on July 28 for an overdose.

Compton was pronounced dead at the scene. Medical examiners said Compton died of "acute mixed drug (heroin, fentanyl) intoxication."

Investigators say Harr connected Compton with Buechel to buy heroin. Harr and Buechel allegedly took Compton's money to get heroin from Zech. Buechel told investigators he went with Zech multiple times to Milwaukee to buy drugs.
