Loaded Cheesy Cornbread

Ingredients:

3 cups self rising corn meal or regular cornmeal + 3 tsp baking soda

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar

1 can creamed corn

Diced green onion

Crumbled bacon or bacon alternative

Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425. Put cast iron skillet with butter into oven. Combine all ingredients. Pour into preheated skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
