Lemon Honey Panna Cotta

  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Unflavored Powdered Gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • zest of one Lemon


Place the milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour milk mixture into a saucepan and heat on medium until gelatin dissolves. Add the cream, honey, and lemon zest. Stir until combined, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into ramekins or wine glasses. Refrigerate over night. Garnish with fresh berries.
