Irish Grilled Cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 slices rye bread
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 oz Irish cheddar, sliced
4 slices bread and butter pickles
Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread. On the other side spread mustard. Add cheddar and pickle slices to make a sandwich. Toast the sandwich in a medium pan under medium heat. Once the cheese is melted and bread is toasted remove from pan. Serve when warm.
