  • 6 eggs, hard boiled, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp extra strong dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 oz crumbled bacon


Cut eggs in half. Place yolks in food processor. Add mayo, mustard, paprika, and salt/pepper. Process until smooth. Spoon yolk mixture into center of white. Display on serving platter. Garnish with chives and bacon.
