Mix all together and set aside.
8 jalapenos lightly grilled and chilled
8 strips of good bacon
After the jalapenos have been grilled and chilled, scrape off the skin with a paring knife as well as you can. Cut a slit in the jalapeno, length wise, and remove the seeds. Fill jalapeno with the crab mix. Wrap with bacon and roast in a 400 degree oven until bacon is crisp. Be sure to turn the poppers as they cook so the bacon cooks evenly. Serve Warm.
