Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner

1 package al fresco All Natural chicken sausage, sliced in half lengthwise (or sausage of choice)
1 bunch of carrots, trimmed and sliced in half
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
salt and pepper
1/2 lemon – optional
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange sausage in the middle of a sheet pan. Place asparagus on one side and carrots on the other. Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes or until carrots are cooked.
