Making a difference by turning something old into something new

ASHWAUBENON (WLUK) -- A fundraiser in our area is letting people show off their DIY skills while supporting the Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity.

FOX 11's Lauren Kalil was live previewing the fourth annual Repurpose for a Reason.

The event is a fundraiser that showcases and auctions off repurposed items created by people in our area.

Repurpose for a Reason will also have raffle prizes, refreshments and live music.

This is the fourth year of the event.

It will be held on Thursday, November 1st from 6-8 p.m. at Badger State Brewing Company.

It will take place at Badger State Brewing Company.
