GREEN BAY — Dan Zehr and Scott Brotherton-Zehr of the blog "Platter Talk" shared two great recipes that would be perfect as appetizers for your holiday gathering, or for your next game day party: Brat Bites and Buffalo Chicken Wing dip!
BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing.
Blue cheese crumbles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Spray oven safe dish with non-stick coating and transfer mixture.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

BRAT BITES
Ingredients
1 package bratwurst, (pre-cooked or uncooked)
1/2 package phyllo dough
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
If using uncooked brats, parboil for 10 minutes, allow to cool.
Cut brats into 2-3 inch pieces.
Divide phyllo sheets into thirds, cutting lengthwise.
Roll and wrap each brat piece in cut strip of phyllo dough.
Use pastry brush to coat each wrapped brat with butter and place on cookie sheet
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately
Serve with ketchup and Dijon mustard.
