Calling all grillmasters of all levels! The King of the Grill BBQ Competition is coming soon and you're invited to participate! Organizer Ryan Hansen joined Rachel Manek at the grill on the Fox 11 Weatherdeck to talk about the details of the event. It's being put on by "Men on a Mission" as a fundraiser for the Center For Suicide Awareness in Kaukauna. The competition is being held in conjunction with the Electric City Experience music festival.

Hansen says competitors are asked to bring 2-3 racks of ribs to grill or smoke for taste-testing by a panel of local judges. Registration begins at 7am. Judging is happening sometime after noon.

Trophies and bragging rights will be awarded to the top 3 competitors and first place will officially be crowned, KING OF THE GRILL!

For his segment on Good Day Wisconsin, Hansen prepared Carne Asada tacos on the grill, something that would be great for your Memorial Day festivities.
