Cocktails, Tacos and Steak Salad with The Dockside
OCONTO (WLUK) -- As people transition into a new season, so are local restaurants.
The Dockside is located in the Breakwater Park of Oconto where the Oconto River meets the Bay of Green Bay.
They joined us on Good Day Wisconsin to make some cocktails and tacos.
Bang Bang Tacos:
Sautéed shrimp tossed in our signature bang bang sauce, served on warm corn tortillas, with jalapeño Creme fraiche, red cabbage, onion, arugula and toasted sesame seeds.
Grilled Steak Salad:
Grilled romaine hearts on top of house made Caesar Dressing with mesquite marinated tenderloin, grilled balsamic red onion and shaved Parmesan.
Irish Maid Cocktail:
Jameson, St. Elder Liqueur, muddled cucumber, mint simple syrup, one whole squeezed lemon, strained over ice.
