GREEN BAY ( WLUK) -- Want to take mom out for brunch on Mother's Day? The Source Public House in Menasha is preparing a buffet of their customer's favorites !

General Manager JD Gildemeister describes The Source Public House as a locally sourced farm-to-table restaurant. The restaurant also has it's own garden with organic plants and no pesticides. He says every section of their menu offers vegan options.

The restaurant has live music on most Thursdays during dinner, Friday and Saturday after the restaurant is closed, and Sunday from 2pm to 4pm for Bluegrass (Schedule is posted on our Facebook page)

There is art for sale on our walls by 28 local artists

The patio opens next Saturday - 5/19/2018 (Half of it is dog friendly)

Chef Chris Bushnell shared these following dishes on Good Day Wisconsin that are featured on the restaurant's new Spring Menu:

Roasted Beet Hummus - Creamy beet hummus with veggies and toasted flatbread. (Vegan)

Grilled Chicken w/ Tomato Compote - Grilled chicken breast topped with a tomato compote and paired with sauteed green beans.

Stuffed Pork Chop - Wisconsin cream cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and sauteed spinach stuffed inside a thick cut pork chop, pan fried and topped with a creamy Dijon mustard vinaigrette. Paired with sauteed green beans.

Veggie Tacos - Sauteed spring asparagus and mushrooms topped with creamy slaw and a sweet and spicy chili lime sauce
