One candle at a time: Door County Candle Company meets Ukraine fundraising goal

CARLSVILLE, Wis. (WLUK) – Door County Candle Company is doing its part, Making A Difference across the world.

The Ukrainian-American woman-owned business has met its $1 million fundraiser goal in support of the ongoing war in Ukraine.

100% of profits from the candles as a part of the fundraiser are donated to Razom for Ukraine, a Ukrainian 501 (3) organization.

All candles are handcrafted and hand-poured in small batches at the store.

The candle company’s mission is to help those in need, one candle at a time.

This fundraiser has allowed the business to bring further awareness to the needs in Ukraine.

The owner says the new goal to hit: $2 million.
