KEWAUNEE (WLUK) -- Some renovations have been in the works for the past several months at the Bruemmer Park Zoo in Kewaunee County and they are now finally complete.
FOX 11 was live from the zoo giving us an inside look at the work that has been done.
Beginning back in November, the zoo created an exhibit that's nearly twice the size of its origional for bobcats "Baxter and Isabella."
The approximate $35,000 cost of the new exhibit was paid for with donations made directly to the Zoological Society of Kewaunee County and at fundraising events.
There’s also a new entrance sign at Bruemmer Park Zoo as well as a metal sculpture giraffe.
The Zoological Society of Kewaunee County invites the public to celebrate the new additions on Sunday, June 3 from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
