Wondering what to make for dinner once your kids head back-to-school.

Deb Johnson from Budding Chefs joined FOX 11’s Emily Deem on Good Day Wisconsin to share some easy dinner recipes to entire family can make.

Quinoa Pizza Bowls

Crunchy Hawaiian Chicken Wrap

INGREDIENTS

1/4cup light mayo

1/8cup vinegar

1/4cup sugar

1tsp. poppy seeds

1 1/2tsp garlic powder

1 1/2tsp onion powder

2cups fresh broccoli, shredded

1 1/2cups fresh carrots, peeled and shredded

1/4cup canned crushed pineapple in 100% juice, drained

1cup fresh baby spinach, chopped

3cups cooked diced chicken, 1/2" pieces

6whole wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

1.In small mixing bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, poppy seeds, garlic, onion and chili powder for the dressing. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

2.Combine broccoli, carrots, pineapple and spinach in large bowl. Stir in dressing and chicken. Mix well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

3.For each wrap, place 2/3 cup filling on the bottom half of the tortilla and roll in the form of a burrito. Place seam side down. Cut diagonally. serve immediately.
