Raji suffered what the team called an arm injury during the Packers preseason win over the Raiders on Friday night at Lambeau Field. After the game, head coach Mike McCarthy said he did not have additional information on the injury, but said Raji was "pretty confident" it was not serious.
On Saturday, the NFL Network, ESPN and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel all cited sources saying Raji has a torn biceps muscle in his right arm.
Raji signed a one-year contract with the Packers in the offseason. He made the move to play primarily nose tackle in Dom Capers' 3-4 defense this summer and seemed pleased with the change.
