Packers trim roster to 75 players

GREEN BAY -- The Packers announced six injury-related roster moves to get their team down to the league-mandated 75 players on Tuesday. The team announced wide receiver Jared Abbrederis, offensive lineman Don Barclay, offensive lineman Andrew Tiller, running back Rajion Neal, defensive lineman B.J. Raji and linebacker Joe Thomas were all placed on injured reserve.

Abbrederis and Barclay both tore an ACL during separate training camp practices. Raji suffered a torn biceps during the preseason game against the Raiders. Tiller injured his calf muscle during the game against Oakland. Neal and Thomas both were hurt during the preseason opener against Tennessee.

The team has to get their roster down to 53 players by Saturday at 3pm.
