Jayrone Elliot to return to Packers next season
Pass rusher and special teams standout Jayrone Elliot tells our Josh Moser that he has signed to play in Green Bay next season. The team's Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee was originally picked up by the Packers as an unrestricted free agent out of Toledo in 2014.
He was one of two undrafted players to make the Packers' opening day roster after posting 5 sacks in the preseason.
In his three seasons in Green Bay, the Cleveland, Ohio native has played in 38 games, amassing 57 tackles and four sacks. His role becomes more important with the departure of Julius Peppers and his familiarity with the team.
