GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- From "fire everybody" to "trust the process," Green Bay Packers fans took to FOX 11's social media channels to share their opinions on the state of the team.

Dozens of replies and comments came in responding to posts we made on Facebook and Twitter, asking fans what they think should be done.

Here are some of the top comments and replies:

It doesn’t matter what u do they wasted all these years with the 'best player in nfl' and only have one super bowl appearance to show for it. My prediction GET NEW TRAINERS! I get people get hurt but man every year most of our main starters are hurt why is that?

This is a 7-9 team, not a 2-14 dumpster fire. Cut Cobb and Matthews. Replace Capers. Trade back in the draft and don’t be afraid to spend to sign decent, older talent. An edge rusher would fix almost any coverage issues. Injuries and conditioning are related to the CBA training changes, not necessarily the coaches.

I'm not a giant fanboy, but I was impressed that Rodgers wanting to come back and try... That's above and beyond the call of duty...
In my opinion, the defense really needs to pull it together...

Already eliminated from the playoffs, the Packers sit at 7-8 and must beat the Detroit Lions on Sunday to avoid a losing record.
