Dolphins release former Waupaca quarterback

Jensen with Coach

MIAMI — According to the NFL transaction wire, the Miami Dolphins released rookie quarterback Brock Jensen, a Waupaca High School graduate.

According to the Palm Beach Post, Jensen struggled during offseason work with Miami. The Dolphins signed undrafted quarterback Seth Lobato out of Northern Colorado to take his place.

Jensen was undrafted out of North Dakota State, where he led the Bison to three straight NCAA FCS National Championships. Jensen worked out for the Packers before signing with the Dolphins after the draft.
