Outagamie Co. lifts slow-no-wake order on Fox, Wolf rivers
OUTAGAMIE COUNTY (WLUK) -- With water levels dropping, the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office has lifted a slow-no-wake order for the Fox and Wolf rivers.
The order was issued earlier this month in the wake of Blizzard Evelyn and spring rains.
A similar order was lifted Monday for part of the Wolf River in Waupaca County.
Sheriff's officials warn boaters to continue to be careful on the rivers; although the water has dropped below advisory levels, it is still higher than normal.
