OSHKOSH - The UW-Oshkosh football team had plenty to celebrate Sunday at Sage Hall as the Titans earned one of Division 3's top seeds for the upcoming NCAA playoffs.

"It definitely feels good, we worked really hard to get where we are," senior running back and Winneconne native Dylan Hecker said. "To go from national runners up to first team called feels really good, especially as a senior class. Excited to see where it takes us."

After an undefeated season (9-0) and a WIAC title, UWO earned home field throughout the postseason and will open up play next Saturday against Lakeland (WI) at Titan Stadium,

"Us seniors know what to expect and having the playoff experience, we're trying to lead this team and take it to a deep point in the playoffs again," senior quarterback and Two Rivers alum Brett Kasper said. "Obviously that new season feel is going to take place Saturday. We're going to try and use that to the best of our ability."

Kick-off between the Titans and Muskies is set for noon in Oshkosh.
