MILWAUKEE (WLUK) – The Milwaukee Bucks have reached a tentative settlement with cheerleaders who claimed the team wasn’t paying them minimum wage.

Lauren Herington, the lead plaintiff, would get $10,000, while the other plaintiffs would split $125,000. The cheerleaders’ attorneys would get $115,000.

The team does not admit any wrongdoing as part of the settlement, filed Wednesday in federal court.

A judge must approve the settlement.
