RACINE, Wis. (AP) - Prosecutors are recommending a year in jail and probation for a former Racine day care worker accused of failing to prevent three children from attacking a fourth.

Twenty-four-year-old Krystina Woods has agreed to testify against another day care worker charged in the case and has pleaded no contest to a felony charge of failing to prevent bodily harm to a child.

The Journal Times says the women were charged last year after allowing three toddlers to attack a fourth at Bundles of Blessings Kids Kare in April 2013. The criminal complaints say the women watched the attack on a 2-year-old boy and posted it on Facebook. Woods will be sentenced Aug. 28.

Twenty-three-year-old Jakitta Hollins, of Caledonia, goes to trial in Racine County June 24.
