MILWAUKEE (AP) - Police are looking for the person who shot a young child during a convenience store robbery in Milwaukee.

The 11-year-old girl was a customer at Sparkle Foods Sunday night when she was shot, ran outside and collapsed. WTMJ-TV reports the girl is expected to be OK.

The shooting is the latest involving young victims in Milwaukee. A four-year-old boy was hit by gunfire Saturday evening at an apartment on the city's south side.

Sunday's convenience store shooting happened near the site of a fundraiser for a 10-year-old girl who was gravely wounded during a shooting on a playground last month. Sierra Guyton remains hospitalized.
