Woman released from hospital in Two Rivers stabbing

TWO RIVERS - A woman who stabbed her ex-boyfriend last week in Two Rivers has been released from the hospital and transported to the Manitowoc County Jail.According to the police report, 50-year-old Christine Rodriguez stabbed her 46-year-old boyfriend, Charles Krummel over an argument on living arrangements Tuesday, July 8th.Krummel was rushed to hospital for non-life threatening stab wounds to his back, neck and torso while Rodriguez refused to come out of the house.Authorities secured the house and paramedics assisted Rodriguez with self-inflicted stab wounds on her chest, abdomen and wrist. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of those wounds.Krummel has since been released from the hospital.Suggested charges have been forwarded to the Mantiowoc District Attorney's Office for 1st degree attempted homicide, domestic violence related and criminal damage to property.
